Looking for a suitable dog for our family took us quite a long time - we considered a few breeds – but since we discovered Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, we have been more that certain it is the dog for us.

Ellie, kennel name: ALE NIESPODZIANKA, came to us in summer 2006 from the Retrover kennel. From the very beginning I have paid special attention to proper socialization. At the age of 5 months, Ellie started puppy obedience training, later on completed a PT (Accompanying Dog) course and successfully passed the examination. Our girl toller has been growing up with my children who she is getting on well with. She also travels with us a lot.

We live close to Warsaw, the capital city of Poland. Although I work in the city, all our free time is spent in the countryside. We love walking in the forest, cycling and all other forms of physical activity outside. Ellie lives with us and accompanies us everywhere. She is crazy about retrieving anything, starting from a ball and finishing with... the least inspiring stick.
